BUILDINGS contribute, in a major way, to a sense of place.
They are made up of basic geometric shapes that either contrast with or reflect their natural surroundings. I find those with gentle curves to be among the most interesting, but also seek out basic box forms when details, such as windows, interesting patterns of chipped paint, or great contrasting shadows give them character.
